On December 31, 2025, a sharing session titled "At Three in the Afternoon – Understanding China" was held at the School of International Students of Nanjing Audit University. Twenty-nine international students from Countries of the Belt and Road Initiative engaged in discussions about the poem "At Three in the Afternoon" by WANG Jibing. Lecturer BIAN Kewei led the international students in reading the poem aloud. Following this, the students participated in group discussions to analyze the content of the poem and attempted to translate it into their native languages.

The poem captures warm moments in daily life, offering the students a new window through which to perceive contemporary China. Drawing on their own cultures, they shared their interpretations of resilience, hope, and poetry in ordinary life. The poet WANG Jibing also interacted with the international students via video.

The international program was established in 2016 with the aim of cultivating professionals well-versed in international auditing practices. In addition to specialized courses, the university also adopts a multidimensional teaching approach—including cultural experiences and field visits—to help future auditors gain a deeper understanding of the historical logic and cultural foundations of contemporary China.
