On the afternoon of November 6, 2025, an honorary professorship conferment ceremony for Dr. Hussam Alangari, President of the General Court of Audit of Saudi Arabia, was held in the Minda Academic Lecture Hall at Nanjing Audit University. Relevant staff from National Audit Office of the People's Republic of China and representatives from Nanjing Audit University attended.
The ceremony was presided over by NAU's Party Secretary, Dong Birong. President Lu Hualiang presented Dr. Alangari with the university badge and conferred the honorary professorship appointment letter. The two sides also exchanged commemorative gifts.
Dr. Alangari expressed both pride and responsibility in his speech. He elaborated on the functions and international role of the General Court of Audit of Saudi Arabia, and looking ahead, he stated that the institution will build upon its current international positions to actively pursue more leadership roles, thereby continuously enhancing its global influence.
