Biography

CHEN Donghua is a Professor of Accounting and Vice President at Nanjing Audit University, serving as a member of the University's Standing Committee of the CPC. He is a recipient of a national-level talent accolade and acts as the Chief Expert for a Major Project of the National Social Science Foundation of China.

His professional appointments include membership on the 13th All-China Youth Federation Standing Committee and Vice Chair of the Committee on Accounting Theory at the Chinese Accounting Society. He also serves on the National Steering Committee for Graduate Education in Auditing and is a member of the Chinese Accounting Professors Association of North America (CAPANA).

His research focuses on Chinese culture and corporate governance, as well as accounting information and capital markets.
